These french skivers are made from Bohler M390 steel. I stone sharpen it myself to give the edge an incomparable flavour. It has a tapered profile that is comfortable during extended usage.
I sell these at a super low price compared to other competitors NOT because:
1. They are counterfeit
2. They are defective
BUT because:
1. I want to make them accessible for the masses
2. I want to make purchasing larger quantities from me more beneficial for my customers
